9 Days Travel from Fes to Marrakech via the Sahara desert

Day 1: Airport – Fes:

Upon arrival to Fes, our driver picks you up to your riad in the heart of the Ancient Medina. Enjoy your dinner and Overnight stay in the traditional riad. End of our Fes Marrakech Desert Tours for that day.

Day 2: Exploring Fes:

After breakfast begin investigating the most ancient city in Morocco “Fes”, You’ll stroll in the back roads and narrow alleys. Initially our visit will be the Royal Palace entryway, after it the Jewish quarter which is the principal Mellah ever in Morocco, constructed amid the fourteenth century. Today simply rest; you will visit all sightseeing with social and historical interest which incorporates the well known Al Qaraouine University. This mosque is the most ancient one in the world. Then visit the Tanneries and Mulay Idriss mausoleum. After enjoying lunch in a Moroccan restaurant, continue visiting the tiles cooperative while experiencing a wonderful panoramic view in the afternoon of the whole Medina of Fes ancient town. at last back to the riad for for supper and overnight.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga:

Today in the early morning begin your Fes Marrakech Desert Tours,  traveling through the calm middle Atlas to the town of “Moroccan Switzerland” Ifrane. Then we’ll take a short stop at the cedar forest in Azrou for to see Cedre Gouraud Tree and visit the Barbary apes in their natural habitat. Wak up very earlier so as not to miss the sunrise over the dunes. Then enjoy breakfast and trek back to the hotel again for hot shower and a new journey. After packing your luggage depart to Rissani and visit to Zawiya Moulay Ali ash-Sharif. You may also stroll in the local market and see the Fondouks where mules gather. Our drive will continue toward Tineghir crossing Erfoud town “the capital of marble fossil”. On this Fes Marrakech Desert Tours,  you will see the Khatarat (Canal water system).Then stop is in Tinejdad or Tineghir for lunch. After lunch we will proceed with our excursion alongside the waterway then we arrive at the canyons. Day 6: Dades Gorge – Dades Valley – Valley of the Roses – Kelaa M’gouna – Skoura – Ouarzazate:

After breakfast your journey will start with a short exploration of the crevasses with rock formations “human bodies, fingers of monkeys”. After Dades Gorges we pass by Boutghrar trail which will drive us to El-Kelaâ M’Gouna. We’ll stop to visit one of the Nomad families who live in caves, there you’ll be introduced and you’ll get to know about the way of life while relaxing and enjoying the taste of a nice sweet cup of tea. Continue the trip and take off the road to reach El-Kelaâ M’Gouna, there enjoy your lunch. After lunch our drive continues to Ouarzazate city. Along the way enjoy the views of Valley of Roses and the road of one thousand Kasbahs, in addition to Skoura palmerie.

Visit the incredible Kasbah of Amerhidil which is in Skoura Oasis, you’ll be mesmerized with the formidable Palm Groves and beautiful sights of the Atlas Mountains. At last reach Ouarzazate and appreciate the Taourirt Kasbah view which was constructed by the Glaoui dynasty. Appreciate Dinner and spend the night at the Hotel.

Day 7: Ouarzazate – Aït Benhaddou – Telouet – Tizi N’Tichka – Marrakech:

After breakfast spend your morning in visiting the Atlas films Studios, at that point travel to Aït Benhaddou town. This town is a UNESCO World Heritage. There visit this outlandish Kasbah which is located on a slope along the waterway of Ounila. It’s well known because of the part of hosting various movies like The Man Who Would Be King, Jewel of the Nile, Jesus of Nazareth, The Mummy, The Message, Lawrence of Arabia, and Gladiator. Day 8: Exploring Marrakech:

Today on this Fes Marrakech Desert Tours, and after breakfast begin to discover the red city of Morocco “Marrakech”. With the most visited and superb sites of cultural and historical interest you’ll see the Saadian tombs, the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Bahia Palace. Then near the famous square of Marrakech take your delicious traditional lunch and stroll in the local souks to see hundreds of handicrafts. Toward the evening, take your total free opportunity to meander in the city by yourself through its different parts. Dinner and overnight in riad.

Day 9: Marrakech – Airport:

On the last day of your Fes Marrakech Desert Tours, take your breakfast in the hotel and your driver will drive you to the airport for your departure flight, your tour finishes at Marrakech airport.
